About the owners.
Alyssia Binion graduated from IPFW in Indiana in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She has successfully provided services to children with mental health illnesses in the state of Indiana for 10+ years. She was a former Big Brother Big Sister volunteer and a former Registered Behavior Technician with four years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has been working with children for the majority of her career. Alyssia has experience working with families along with the parents or guardians of children. She is open-minded and believes that change can happen over time. Her focus is to improve and meet the needs of children and families within her community.

Deanna Lockett graduated from Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with an MBA and concentrations in HR and Management in 2017, a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership in 2015, and Ivy Tech in 2014 with an Associate’s degree in Office Administration. Deanna has a total of 10+ years in social work. She also founded a successful LLC providing services to children with mental health illnesses throughout the state of Indiana. As a youth, Deanna was the youth of the year at the Boys and Girls Club. Deanna understands the population of children she works with, and she specializes in working with children with serious emotional disturbances. Deanna feels she has what it takes to make positive changes in the community. She also has two children, both boys.
